Start a project

Tell us what you are trying to fix.

You do not need a finished specification. A useful first message explains what is not working today, who it affects and what the problem costs in time, risk or missed opportunity.

Optional fields are marked. Everything else is needed before we can reply.

A few sentences is plenty. What breaks today, who it affects, and what it costs in time, risk or missed opportunity.

What makes a first message useful

None of this is required. It just means the first reply can be substantive rather than a list of questions.

  • What breaks today, described as a sequence of events
  • Who is affected, and how often
  • What it costs in time, risk or missed opportunity
  • Which systems are already involved
  • Who would need to approve a change
  • Anything that has already been tried
