Service
The system of record for accountable operations.
Kerah designs and builds the systems an organization runs on — bringing workflows, users, customers, documents, decisions and reporting into one governed operational environment.
Who this is for
- Operations and service delivery leaders
- Organizations with a case, request or approval process at their core
- Teams whose customers, board, regulator or auditor ask questions the current tools cannot answer
- Groups running the same process differently in every business unit
- Organizations replacing a system only one person understands
The problems this addresses
- Work is coordinated by email and remembered by individuals
- There is no reliable record of who decided what, when, or on what basis
- Reporting is assembled by hand and disputed as soon as it is circulated
- A customer record nobody updates, because it was configured for a process the organization no longer runs
- Access is all-or-nothing because the system has no real permission model
- The process cannot absorb more volume without adding more people
What changes
- Work has a visible state, an owner and a history
- Approvals follow the authority rules the organization actually uses
- Reporting is a by-product of doing the work, not a separate exercise
- New staff can be given exactly the access their role requires
- Volume can grow without a proportional increase in coordination effort
What Kerah can deliver
Capability, not a claim of past work. Final scope is established through discovery.
- Case, request and approval management
- Operations and administration portals
- Customer, member, citizen and partner portals
- Customer and relationship records, with the history behind each interaction
- Workflow, approvals and escalation
- Roles, permissions and audit trails
- Document and record management
- Notifications and correspondence
- Operational dashboards and reporting
- Integration with an existing ERP, finance or payroll platform
- Legacy-data migration and reconciliation
- Phased modernization of an existing system
What you receive
Artefacts, not activities. Each one is something you can hold, read or run after the engagement.
- A running system in your environment
- Data model and architecture documentation
- Role and permission matrix
- Migration and reconciliation record
- Test evidence against agreed acceptance criteria
- Administrator and user documentation
- Operational handover pack
How the engagement runs
- Map the workarounds first
- The informal steps people invented to make the current process work are where the real requirements are. A specification that ignores them produces a system that gets bypassed.
- Hardest part first
- The riskiest workflow is built early, as working software, so that a wrong assumption surfaces while it is still cheap to correct.
- Migrate with reconciliation
- Data movement is paired with a reconciliation you can check yourself. A migration nobody can verify is not finished.
Commercial shape. A milestone-based project defined against an approved blueprint, with change control agreed in advance.
Raised from the start, not before launch
Architecture, security and data decisions that are cheap to make early and expensive to retrofit.
How Kerah approaches security- Role-based access and least privilege, designed before the first screen
- Audit logging of who changed what, and how long those records are kept
- Personal data classification, retention and deletion
- Integration with the identity provider you already run
- Which records must reconcile with the finance system, and how often
- Backup and restore, tested rather than assumed
- A documented exit — data export and handover defined at the start
Where this stops
- Kerah does not position itself as a replacement for a full ERP, finance or payroll platform.
- Regulated clinical, medical-device and similarly governed functionality is out of scope without specialist review and explicit approval.
- Kerah does not resell licences for third-party platforms it recommends.
- Kerah designs, builds and integrates the system. Running it as a service on your behalf is not something Kerah offers.
Other services
Discovery and Architecture
A documented blueprint with a target architecture, a permission and data-role map, a phased roadmap and a scope you can approve, price or decline on evidence.
Digital Product Engineering
A designed, accessible product with a secure back end, built around the tasks people actually perform and measured after release.
Cloud, Data and Integrations
Defined interfaces, a documented data model and monitored flows, so information moves once and reporting can be trusted.
AI and Intelligent Automation
A bounded use case with defined success criteria, evaluation against representative cases, human review where it matters, and a fallback when the model is unavailable.
Managed Evolution
A defined support and release model with security maintenance, an owned backlog and a roadmap reviewed on a set cadence.
Security and Privacy Engineering
A system whose access model, data inventory, encryption, logging and deletion behaviour were designed together — and the documentation an assessor asks for, produced as delivery output rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Quality, Testing and Accessibility
A system tested in both languages by people who read both, measured against WCAG 2.2 AA, and exercised under realistic load and failure conditions before launch rather than after it.
